At Paws with Flowers, each portrait is a one-of-a-kind creation made especially for you and your pet. Because of the custom and digital nature of our artwork, we do not offer refunds once work has begun.

We want you to love your portrait. If you're not fully satisfied with the result, we offer free revisions to adjust colors, likeness, or small details.

2. Cancelation Policy:
If you contact us before we begin your artwork, we’re happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

3. File Issues or Errors:
If there’s a problem with your final file (such as low resolution or a visible mistake), we’ll fix it at no extra cost.

Once the portrait is started and delivered, no full refunds are possible.

We cannot offer refunds for dissatisfaction due to personal preference if the portrait matches the reference photo and style described.
