By purchasing a custom pet portrait from Paws with Flowers, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Custom Artwork & Ownership
All portraits are custom-created based on the photo(s) you provide.
You (the customer) receive a non-commercial license to use the final artwork for personal use only (printing, sharing on social media, etc.).
You may not resell, reproduce, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without written permission.

2. Delivery
All portraits are delivered digitally via email or download link.
Standard delivery time is 2–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

3. Revisions
We offer free minor revisions upon request (e.g., adjusting colors, markings, proportions).
Significant changes or complete redraws may be subject to additional charges.

4. Refunds & Cancellations
Because each portrait is custom-made, we do not offer refunds once work has started.
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if the artwork has not yet been started.

5. Artistic Freedom
We do our best to replicate your pet’s likeness from your photo, but please allow for minor artistic interpretation.
Final portraits will reflect the style described in our listings and portfolio.

6. Sharing & Promotion
We reserve the right to share completed portraits on our social media or website as part of our portfolio, unless you request otherwise at the time of purchase.
